Healthy Living for May from EPRD

School is ending and warm weather is finally arriving - what a great time of year to stay fit and healthy! Your body can handle all those outdoor activities better if you give it some TLC - lifting weights and stretching or doing yoga (even on a stand-up paddleboard at Buchanan Ponds starting in June) to complement running and riding, or getting a regular massage to help your muscles recover faster. Visit your neighborhood Rec Center twice a week to stay in optimal condition for play!
