Did some core exercises on my exercise ball.

Took some multivitamins in the afternoon.
Overall thoughts-
Wow, I am sore all over. I kinda took a break today, and just did a bit of core exercises on my exercise ball. Mostly a boring day due to this, nothing really special to note.
