Try a Tri in 2017!

Back on your bike already ... in February? 

Unseasonably warm weather means an early start on spring training! This season, why not push yourself to the next level by training for a multi-sport event with EPRD's Tri-Evergreen program? 

The 12-week program is designed by Triathlon All-American Courtney Culligan, a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling-certified coach. It offers clinics on including triathlon equipment, bike maintenance, road safety, nutrition, hydration plans and transitions. 

Swim workouts are included, with an opportunity to train with the Masters team Tuesday/Thursday for an additional fee. The pinnacle is a team triathlon in early June!
