When Benjamin was still a young skinny guy, he was inspired by action movies with muscled stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was doing team sports, judo and karate.
At the age of 14-15yo he began to train with home-made weights at home. Some years after, he was already bigger than some people around him. He loved lifting heavily to get pumped and eating like a bodybuilder. His bodybuilding journey starts more seriously at 23yo using supplements and gaining a lot of muscle mass quickly.
His first competition was at the age of 30 at the Musclemania Europe 2012 where he won the Heavyweight Class.
