July is Park & Rec Month!

This July is Park & Recreation Month, with the theme A Lifetime of Discovery. Explore the “undiscovered” roles of local parks and recreation with a variety of fun activities planned for residents of all ages and abilities.

Highlights

The highlight of the month is the 3rd annual Community Appreciation Party, which EPRD is co-hosting with the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce on Thu, July 12, from 5-7:30 PMat Buchanan Park Recreation Center. Enjoy free snacks and beverages while learning about EPRD’s many programs, and about senior wellness. All attendees will be entered in a drawing for fun prizes.

Free Outdoor Fitness Class

EPRD is also holding a free strength and conditioning/yoga class called Muscles and Yoga that morning at 9:15 AM on Buchanan Field.

July 7, 14 and 21 - Night Boating at Evergreen Lake

July 16 - Andy Smith Sr. Memorial Special Needs Golf Tournament
