bfast: had 3/5ths? 1/2? ... some Smart Start Anti-Oxidants Edition cereal, no milk when I got up. at work, i'm drinking 1/2 of the Naked protein drink (250 cal, 20g protein).

lunch: oat bran pita, spicy hummus, ham, sliced yellow peppers, 1/2 tomato = yum. if i wasn't in a hurry i would have added spinach for YELLOW+RED+GREEN vegetabley goodness. Today it was just yellow+red. I think all of my spinach is wilted and shit anyway.

lunch2: HB egg + a prune.

lunch3: apple. red. delicious!

dinner: studio night @ redvoid's hizzy. TASTY smoked turkey (salty!), jalapeno pepper jack cheese, bacon, guaca, roma tomato, russian dressing panini sandwich on olive oil basted french bread, 150cals of chips and a great, awesome, tasty chocolaty cookie, and 2 pickles. water. did i enjoy this? heck yes i did bitch!
